Job Summary
Support the Office of the Registrar and team with a variety of enrollment management and administrative functions. This includes transcript evaluations, handling student inquiries by phone, engagement with academic leadership and Program Chairs, and accurate student schedule administration. Work collaboratively with the Academic Advising department to build and adjust continuing and new student schedules. The position requires interaction with sensitive and confidential documents and information; confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

Results
- When this job is performed well, the following results will be created:
- Transfer credit evaluation for new students are completed in accordance with term timeline and department SLAs
- Schedule change requests and new and continuing student schedules are issued consistently and correctly
- Biannual continuing student scheduling project meets or exceeds project run rate
- Scheduling
- Utilize RMCAD's Scheduling tool ("Tetris") to create new and continuing student schedules
- Assist the Office of Student Advising with schedule change requests
- Partner with program specific Academic Advisors to better serve students within a specific major
- Registrar Administration
- Perform transfer evaluations and post credit in RMCAD's Campus Management software ("CampusNexus")
- Engage in ongoing Degree Progress Audit maintenance
- Process student withdraws/drops in accordance with RMCAD's attendance policies
- Assist with graduation as needed
- Assist with enrollment verification and transcript requests as needed
- Data Processing
- Receive and process incoming transcripts and other confidential documents within three business days of receipt with less than 5% error rate

- Quantitative and Qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) as detailed in Departmental Quarterly Review Meetings (QRMs)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effectively collaborates with other college departments
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills
- Knowledge of all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Complex problem-solving capability
- Ability to analyze and recommend organizational processes and/or policy changes
- High degree of dependability; must be reliable, responsible and able to fulfill obligations
- Must be able to operate with a significant level of independence
