Rocky Mountain Credit Union is seeking an experienced AVP of Lending Operations. Rocky Mountain Credit Union offers a competitive wage and benefit package.
Role: Support the SVP of Member Experience in directing and coordinating lending activities within the Credit Union. Ensures compliance with lending policies and regulations, assists in developing lending strategies and objectives, and oversees daily operational functions within the lending department. Provides leadership and operational support to ensure the effectiveness of lending services while promoting a friendly and professional atmosphere. The role is responsible for helping the shape the company culture by aligning duties, responsibilities, and decisioning with company core values of partnership, accountability, welcoming presence, compassion and gratefulness.
Experience: 7-10 years of similar or related experience with a financial institution or credit union.
Education: A four-year college degree is highly preferred. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
Work Environment: This job is scheduled during normal credit union business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requires the ability to work flexible hours. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. This job requires a high degree of attention to details. The job requires the ability to travel from branch to branch.
