What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at Rocky Mountain Credit Union?
Rocky Mountain Credit Union is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Huffine branch in Bozeman, MT. Rocky Mountain Credit Union offers a competitive base wage plus incentive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Role: To direct the operations of a Credit Union facility, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. Has lending authority to receive and process consumer and/or real estate loan applications (must have NMLS), to ensure compliance with credit union policies and secondary market requirements. Builds relationships with members in a manner which supports the credit union's mission statement. Develops outside relationships to gain referral partners and foster growth. Presents a friendly, professional, and personable attitude that communicates to members, staff and visitors that the credit union is a friendly and professional financial institution.
Experience: Three years' experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
Education: The job requires a two-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills. Higher education and/or formal training is preferred.
Work Environment: The job is scheduled during normal credit union business hours. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Requires the ability to work flexible hours. The job calls for a high degree of mental concentration to interpret and act upon a wide range of situations. The job requires a high degree of attention to details.
