THE INS AND OUTS OF THE POSITION
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, onsite position based in Salt Lake City, UT, with a consistent schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
The Role: As our Surgical Coordinator, your day is filled with meaningful tasks: scheduling surgeries, verifying insurance, securing pre-authorizations, and communicating with patients to ensure they're informed and comfortable. From answering questions to coordinating logistics, every detail you manage contributes to a seamless experience for our patients.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in surgery scheduling or billing and coding (preferred)
- Spanish-speaking skills (preferred)
- Ophthalmology experience (preferred)
