Schedule: This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in surgery scheduling or billing and coding (preferred)
- Spanish-speaking skills (preferred)
- Ophthalmology experience (preferred)
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all surgical procedures are scheduled efficiently, insurance verifications are accurate, and pre-authorizations are handled promptly. As a Surgical Supervisor, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clear information and addressing any concerns they may have. Your organization and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
