Position Purpose

The Operations Lead will support the operations team in the creation and revision of policies, procedure, and desk level processes while ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and contractual obligations. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and service providers to support our agency's mission. The operations lead reports to the Director of Operations.

Essential Duties

  • Identify needed policies, procedures, and desk-level processes to enhance service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop, create, and update policies and procedures based on identified needs.
  • Support the centralization of documentation and communication processes to streamline operations and improve access to information.
  • Ensure that all team members are informed of changes and updates in policies and procedures, facilitating smooth implementation.
  • Work closely with program staff to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and program requirements.
  • Support in implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of care and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Regularly review and update agency policies and procedures to align with best practices and improve operational efficiency.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Skilled in mediation and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of community resources relevant to operational needs.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, social work, human services, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business administration or case management, with a focus on operations.
  • Strong understanding of business administration, case management processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Driving Category - Requirements

Driving Category B:

Employees who may drive RMHS or personal vehicles for business purposes. Category B employees may transport other employees but will not transport RMHS clients.

  • Valid drivers license
  • Proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work, including transporting individuals
  • No major violations in the past three years.
  • No more than two moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to meet and maintain agency driving requirements and operate agency vehicles
  • Drivers must upload proof of ongoing auto insurance every 6 months into Paycom/Relias.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
