What will you do as a Supply Administrator?
The Supply Chain Administrator supports procurement, logistics, inventory management, and travel coordination within the Lobo Logistics and On Point teams. This role involves assisting with purchasing materials, tracking shipments, coordinating with vendors, arranging travel bookings, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth supply chain and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about supply chain processes in a fast-paced industry.
Objectives for This Role:
- Assist with the execution of procurement and vendor coordination.
- Maintain the Companys Inventory & Materials
- Lead the coordination of the Companys travel and accommodations for operational employees.
- Ensure the Companys supply chain and compliance records are up to date.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Assist in processing purchase orders.
- Help source materials and services under the guidance of supply chain management.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm orders, deliveries, and resolve basic issues.
- Support inventory tracking and stock level monitoring.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records of materials and equipment.
- Help coordinate material requests from field operations.
- Arrange airline, hotel bookings, and rental vehicles for employees traveling to various field locations.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation for visiting company representatives.
- Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
- Maintain supply chain records and update procurement and travel databases.
- Assist in generating reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Support the implementation and use of supply chain management software.
- Ensure procurement, logistics, and travel documentation comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Help with supplier audits and document control.
- Work with internal teams such as operations, finance, and logistics teams.
- Provide administrative support for supply chain meetings and activities.
- Assist in resolving minor supply chain or travel-related issues or escalating them to management.
Are you a good fit for the WolfPack?
- Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or travel coordination.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and procurement processes.
- Experience with corporate travel booking systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule and Location:
- The role is office based in Lobos headquarters in Centennial, CO with easy access to the RTD rail system, I-25, I-225, and E-470
- The supply chain administrator role will be Monday Friday 8am-5pm with occasional after hours and weekend work.
- Occasional visits to warehouses, supplier facilities, or travel booking centers.
- May require occasional travel to support field operations.
- Some exposure to oil and gas operational sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
Compensation:
- This position offers an attractive compensation package consisting of a salary of $65,000-85,000 per year with additional bonus opportunities.
