Position
We're seeking a driven, highly competitive Sales Account Manager to join Rocky Mountain Laboratories and cover toxicology accounts across Utah, Idaho, and Colorado . This role requires a significant investment of time and effort , with frequent travel throughout these states. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience , a proven track record in competitive markets, and at least two years of sales experience—preferably in medical sales . This is an opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, challenging territory and drive business growth with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to capture and grow market share across Utah, Idaho, and Colorado .
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through persistence, creativity, and a solutions-focused approach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships , positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Lead contract negotiations and guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to client needs , demonstrating the value of our services.
- Stay ahead of competitive market trends to anticipate client needs and gain a strategic advantage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute targeted campaigns and optimize sales efforts.
- Provide excellent post-sale support , ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on key metrics, maintaining accountability for achieving and exceeding sales goals .
- Other duties as assigned by management to support business objectives.
