Position Overview
As a Lead Laboratory Technologist (Toxicology), you will play a key role in ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our toxicology department. This position requires certifying experience in Drugs of Abuse or Pain Management and hands-on LCMS experience to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality patient results.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain LCMS and triple quadrupole mass spectrometry instruments .
- Conduct toxicology testing with a focus on Drugs of Abuse analysis .
- Certify patient results to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical leadership and training to laboratory staff.
- Perform quality control procedures and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues .
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements .
- Interpret and analyze data , generating accurate patient result reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures and policies .
- Other duties as assigned by management.
