Position
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Molecular Laboratory Technician to perform key molecular testing procedures and support our lab operations. If you're passionate about science and want to contribute to cutting-edge diagnostics, this role is for you.

- Perform molecular testing, including PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR, and NGS, following established protocols and SOPs.
- Prepare reagents and samples, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality control standards.
- Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of lab equipment.
- Record, analyze, and document test results accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and timely task completion.
- Provide support in other laboratory areas as needed. Qualifications :
- Education :
Minimum of an associate's degree in a science-related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Acceptable degrees include :
Doctoral, master's, or bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical lab science, or medical technology.
Degrees that are not acceptable :
Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred.
ASCP certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary : $22-$27 per hour, DOE (Pay determined by the hiring manager, not the recruiter)
