About Rocky Mountain Prep
Rocky Mountain Prep is a growing network of innovative public charter schools serving students and families in the Greater Denver Area. Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) opened its first school in 2012 with 130 students and has grown to twelve schools, working with over 5,000 scholars in PreK through 12th grade across two districts. During the 2024-2025 school year, RMP is driving after five big goals :
- 85% staff retention
- 100% of campuses going green & ECE-2nd grade students growing an average of 1.25 years in math and reading (1 year in ECE)
- 100% of seniors accepted to college
- 40% of 3rd-8th grade students meet their Accelerated Reader millionaire goal
- RMP meets its network enrollment goal
Season
March 10th - May 13th
If the team makes the postseason, the season may extend by one week. The playoff tournament will take place on Saturday, May 10th, followed by a spring sports banquet.

Compensation
RMP employs coach positions as part-time, salaried, non-exempt positions. The intended total compensation will be $3,500, paid in equal monthly installments during the duration of the coaching role. Coaches will divide this compensation and determine it before the season.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Rocky Mountain Prep does not sponsor visas at this time.
