On paper, we are a network of twelve college preparatory charter schools in the Denver metro area serving students as young as twelve weeks through twelfth grade. But we are so much more than this.

The RMP community is filled with staff, students, and stakeholders who are motivated by our pillars of rigor and love, live daily by our PEAK values, and believe deeply in the power and potential of every student we serve. We aspire to be the highest-performing school system in Colorado. • Oversee a network-wide student persistence framework that includes clear escalation pathways, accountability structures, and real-time progress monitoring
  • Lead the design and execution of signature family engagement events that promote long-term investment in RMP
  • Implement and enhance communication platforms to ensure seamless, proactive, and personalized outreach to families
  • Establish and manage cross-campus best practices for tracking, analyzing, and improving student retention efforts
  • Co-develop and implement strategies alongside the Executive Director of Family Empowerment for the growth and expansion of the PEAK Family Tutor program

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with key network teams to ensure families receive comprehensive academic, social-emotional, and community-based support
  • Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with external organizations to provide wraparound services, mentorship opportunities, and long-term support for RMP students and families
  • Secure and allocate resources to directly support student persistence, including academic support programs, mental health resources, and family advocacy initiatives

Coaching & Capacity Building for School Leaders

  • Provide direct coaching to school leaders and campus operations teams on best student retention and family engagement practices
  • Lead bi-weekly strategy sessions with campus leaders to analyze student persistence data, identify challenges, and co-develop solutions
  • Create and deliver high-impact professional development sessions to equip staff with tools to foster a culture of student persistence through equity-driven family engagement
  • Model best practices in school-family communication and provide real-time coaching on outreach strategies, event execution, and personalized family support
  • Co-design and oversee comprehensive training programs for tutors, including workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 years of leadership experience in student retention, family engagement, community partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale initiatives and strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coaching school leaders to drive organizational outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the challenges faced by students and families, and a passion for removing barriers to success

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in community outreach, strategic planning, or program implementation
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and student information systems
