Why We Need YOU

At Rocky Mountain Prep, we believe that every child deserves an excellent education in a warm, loving school environment. The Regional Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in ensuring families have access to that opportunity by leading strategic enrollment, outreach, and community engagement efforts across our network of schools.

What you will be doing:

This role is responsible for developing and executing enrollment strategies that meet student recruitment and retention goals while ensuring a joyful, equitable experience for every family. The Regional Enrollment Manager reports to the Executive Director of Family Empowerment and works in close partnership with Regional Directors of Operations and the Director of Family Empowerment to align on school-specific strategies, foster meaningful family relationships, and cultivate long-term community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Enrollment Planning

  • Support and lead the execution of a comprehensive regional enrollment strategy that aligns with network-wide goals and school-level targets in the southwest region.
  • Analyze historical enrollment trends, demographic data, and campaign performance to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and school leadership to adapt strategies based on local context and family needs.

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Serve as a lead ambassador for RMP in the broader community—attending and hosting regional outreach events, school fairs, and local gatherings.
  • Build relationships with community partners (e.g., childcare centers, faith organizations, community centers) to promote school awareness and trust.
  • Partner with the Director of Family Empowerment to align recruitment with broader family empowerment efforts to support student persistence.

Family Experience & Customer Service

  • Ensure a seamless, welcoming, and equitable enrollment journey for all families from application through onboarding.
  • Oversee and support school-based staff in family communications to boost enrollment
  • Coordinate school tours, family info sessions, orientation events, enrollment, and registration campaigns in collaboration with school teams.
  • Develop multilingual communications and culturally responsive engagement strategies to reflect RMP’s diverse community.

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain data integrity and compliance within enrollment systems (SchoolMint, Salesforce, Infinite Campus, data trackers, etc.).
  • Monitor enrollment pipelines and waitlists; implement strategies to fill open seats in real time.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable district, state, and federal enrollment policies.

  • Track outreach, conversion, and enrollment metrics to evaluate impact and adjust strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a key member of the Family Empowerment team, supporting cross-functional initiatives with Operations and Communications.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to school-based staff responsible for enrollment and family outreach.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Regional Directors and campus leaders, providing insight on trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, data-driven decision making, and joyful service to families.

All Network Support Team Staff at Rocky Mountain Prep will:

  • Own their outcomes and demonstrate high personal responsibility by setting high expectations, using data to guide their daily actions, maximizing time in service of our students, families, and staff, and demonstrating a commitment to helping us achieve our Big Five goals.
  • Take ownership of your professional growth by actively engaging in regular coaching, being open to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Resist the urge to make excuses when things do not go well and take accountability, particularly regarding our students, families, and staff.
  • Be punctual and prepared for all meetings, presentations, coaching sessions, and other professional obligations, being the model of applying rigor and love to everything we do.
  • Build your schedule around the needs of our schools, keeping in mind that NST supports the transformative work happening in our schools daily. Demonstrate an openness to responding and serving the work in our schools, regardless of what team you are on.
  • Be able to consistently demonstrate how the work you do daily improves the quality of our schools and classrooms for all of our scholars, staff, and families.
  • Model and embody RMP’s PEAK values (Perseverance, Excellence, Adventure, and Kindness) in all interactions with scholars, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization to accomplish the work and build a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Operate with a level of urgency that reflects our ambitious goals as an organization, ensuring that every resource is being used to bring us closer to achieving our Concept Essence.
  • Participate in and contribute to network-wide initiatives, professional development, and student and staff recruitment efforts.
