Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Department Director to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and demonstrating exceptional employee relations skills. As the Service Department Director, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our dealership while driving operational excellence and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Service Department, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for employees, encouraging growth and collaboration.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
