Key Responsibilities
· Patrons – Achieve sales goals through Excellent Customer Service!!
· People – Staffing, Training, Directing, Leading the Team.
· Presentation – Keep a clean, well-stocked store both inside & out.
· Procedures – follow established business procedures and uphold RMS policy.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
· High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in Agricultural-Science or Business-related field preferred.
· Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, ag supply knowledge.
· Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
· Must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
· Knowledge of computers, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and POS systems.
· Ability to prioritize and work with competing demands.
