Training Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
Available Work Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm
Position Objective: As an Event Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service teams. You will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and professional, managing roadside events with a focus on communication, organization, and customer satisfaction. Event Coordinators are a customer’s concierge for the roadside event, professionally managing the process, and catering to the customer to exceed customer’s expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during roadside events, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Facilitate events by coordinating communication between customers, technicians, and third-party vendors.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and maintain the Rocky Mountain promise in every interaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing them by name and providing personalized service.
- Maintain accurate records of events, including dispatch times, customer preferences, and work order details.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding service progress and expected arrival times.
- Conduct thorough shift changes and ensure smooth transitions between team members.
- Participate in training sessions and continually improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Dispatching / Scheduling Experience a plus
- Proficient in Windows, Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Website navigation
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must have effective listening and communication skills in order to assist customers professionally in person or by phone.
- Strong personal organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities in an unsupervised environment
- Must be able to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a dispatcher in a high volume setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a positive experience for every customer.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all aspects of the event are completed.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
