We have various shifts available.The Entry Level Machine Operator role represents a full time, benefit-eligible position. During the training phase, guaranteed pay increases will be provided based on your progress. This role also offers ongoing training possibilities and the potential for career advancement.
The Entry Level Machine Operator position stands as the introductory role within the Drill Finish department.
Responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing oneself with all machinery and processes within the department.
- Basic tasks encompassing machine operation, part loading/unloading, part washing and assembly, part inspection, material movement, and fulfilling any tasks assigned by the Supervisor such as clean up, cross-departmental assistance, and similar responsibilities.
