As a Production Laborer at RMT, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment, learning various machine operation duties and contributing to the production of top-quality products. Advancement opportunities are available. There are set wage increases for training completion. We have various shifts available.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning various machine operation duties
Basic duties include:
- Machine operation, load/unload parts, wash parts, assemble parts, inspect parts, move materials, and perform any duties requested by the Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read job orders
- Operate industrial machinery to achieve production results
- Ensure products meet customer specifications through quality checks
- Enter data into computer systems
- Perform manual production duties
- Wear personal protective equipment as required
- Perform duties to ensure safety of self and others
- Report machine malfunctions, production errors, and quality issues to Supervisor
- Assist in minor machine set up, maintenance, and repair duties
- Assembly of component parts
