- -Responsibilities:
- -Opening and closing
- - Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- -Bill out jobs and order parts as needed work with Insurance and Extended Warranties
- -Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence- Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering- Support office management by organizing office operations and procedures
- -Requirements:
- -Be able to read a Tape Measure
- - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus- Experience with budgeting or financial management is preferred- Familiarity with general office procedures and protocols
