As the Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Director of Operations and collaborating with the core leadership team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the core leadership team to establish clear expectations for Service Advisors, Breakdown Coordinators, Technicians, and other key roles.
- Facilitate effective meetings and communication across teams to ensure all metrics and training objectives are achieved.
- Utilize KPI metrics and dashboards to develop and refine OKRs and revenue-generating strategies.
- Engage in the creation and execution of KPI meeting agendas, focusing on continuous improvement for all locations and departments.
- Train leadership on best practices for dashboard usage and compliance to enhance performance.
- Oversee tire re-ordering processes and ensure efficient inventory management practices.
- Maintain on-call schedules, guaranteeing sufficient technician coverage at all times.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, preparing agendas and gathering input from the executive team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure follow-up to maintain high service standards.
- Approve work orders as needed, providing constructive feedback to leadership on performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure effective coaching for the entire team.
- Manage inventory needs and establish tire replenishment strategies to maximize revenue.
- Conduct site visits as required, providing support and guidance to managers when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and facilitate regular safety meetings and inspections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with team members and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management and KPI development is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required.
