JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Manager will manage and expand a sales territory through increased distribution, selling promotional opportunities, and organizing events for cigars and luxury lifestyle products. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and capable of delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales and Distribution
    • Achieve and exceed annual sales volume and profit objectives.
    • Drive growth by expanding distribution, executing promotional strategies, and organizing impactful sales events in the assigned territory.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop, build, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term success.
    • Provide professional customer service, exceptional product knowledge, and timely follow-through on inquiries and opportunities.
  • Event Coordination
    • Plan and execute sales events to attract new customers and achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with the Corporate team to align efforts with company objectives.
    • Coordinate with management to achieve volume, merchandising, and promotional goals.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, networking, and participating in relevant organizations.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Complete and submit all required reports accurately and within deadlines.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 Years prior sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills tailored to customer needs.
  • Highly motivated and capable of planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Expertise in building relationships and coaching others.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales planning.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
