You need to have experience managing more than 10 people in one of those positions. You will not be considered otherwise

```Duties```
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your duties will include:

- Managing and supervising all staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards
- Implementing and enforcing policy and proceedure
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of Rv or Automotive operations
- Proven track record in supervising and managing a team effectively

Pay: $84,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
