Lead Bartender — Join Our Bar Team at The Rococo Dessert Bar
The Rococo Dessert Bar is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to take the helm of our bar program as we head into our summer season. After a phenomenal inaugural year, we’re looking for a passionate professional to bring both creativity and leadership to our unique dessert and craft cocktail experience.
This is a full-time seasonal position, starting May 1st and running through Columbus Day Weekend. You’ll have creative control over the cocktail & bar menu, collaborate closely with leadership, and help set the tone for an unforgettable summer of flavor, fun, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our seasonal craft cocktail & bar menu
- Ensure timely, consistent, and exceptional beverage service
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to foster a positive, professional environment
- Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards
- Manage bar inventory and assist with ordering of liquor, wine, beer, and supplies
- Oversee bar prep, including syrups, juices, garnishes, and batching
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Learn and embody the Rococo brand—both the art movement and our company’s story
- Provide mentorship and guidance to bar staff, setting a high standard of service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward environment
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and seasonal ingredients
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, coffee, and food
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team-building skills
- Excellent hospitality and communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for beverage innovation
- Self-starter who excels under minimal supervision
