- Hands-on and adaptable—equally comfortable on the floor leading service, in the kitchen ensuring quality, or behind the scenes analyzing financials.
- Available for nights, weekends, and peak seasons—because hospitality happens when the guests are here.
- Someone who understands that leadership means showing up—we are a small, dedicated team, and we all pitch in when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of Rococo Ice Cream and Rococo Dessert Bar, ensuring smooth service, efficiency, and profitability.
- Hire, lead, train and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and hospitality.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain a seamless guest experience.
- Ensure quality control across all food and beverage offerings, working closely with kitchen and bar teams.
- Maintain a strong grasp on financial performance, including labor costs, COGS, and P&L analysis.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth, guest retention, and operational improvement.
- Be a hands-on leader, stepping in wherever needed—whether it’s working the floor, expediting in the kitchen, or perfecting a cocktail.
