Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client goals and project specifications.
- Team Coordination: Lead project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of all project phases.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and medical-specific regulations (e.g., infection control, HIPAA compliance).
