ROCORI Public Schools is hiring a substitute cleaner or custodian. The schedule is flexible and can include days, evenings and weekend opportunities.
Reports to : Head Custodian
Department : Custodial
Works with : Teachers, students, parents
Job Summary : A Cleaner performs general cleaning to provide pleasant surrounds for staff and students.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Creates and / limits access to assigned area.
- Cleans, sets up, tears down assigned area.
- Floors-vacuums, sweeps, mops, and / scrubs.
- Bathrooms-clean as assigned.
- Cleans entire space as assigned.
- Empty garbage and recycling.
- Assists parents and other visitors to school buildings with special events and programs.
- Maintains safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
