ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking an experienced Legal Compliance Specialist to join our team!
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly under our Supervisor of Trust & Safety and analyst team to review, analyze, and fulfill legal requests served on our clients.
You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including data entry, administrative support, task prioritization, and preparing mailings.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders including technical professionals, law enforcement, civil parties, and more.

Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Enter information into computer systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Provide support to the team by performing tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and filing documents.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Review Legal Documents: Review legal documents such as subpoenas and warrants and ensure all data is transcribed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Prepare Mailings: Prepare mailings as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data entry, database management, and office administrative tasks
