About the Role
The Learning Program Director will lead the development and implementation of registered training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of adult learners in a vocational curriculum.
Key Duties
- Support the Academy Manager in curriculum development, implementing changes based on instructor feedback and analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with instructors, providing guidance and resources for successful training outcomes.
- Collaborate with peers to develop and implement training schedules, ensuring effective coverage of classes.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate and validate program compliance with facility and training requirements.
- Analyze training processes for improvement, suggesting changes to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Academy Manager to prepare events and online learning sessions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field.
- Experience teaching adult learners in a vocational curriculum is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard online conferencing platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills associated with planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with FlashPoint Construction Education Application.
