Responsibilities of the Marketing and Administrative Assistant
- Collaborate with directors to implement high-quality programs for our association members and the construction industry.
- Provide administrative and marketing support to meet project deadlines.
- Exhibit exceptional member service during in-office, hybrid, and in-person events.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing and event materials across various platforms.
- Manage data entry, database maintenance, and reporting tasks.
- Develop and format the weekly eNewsletter promptly, involving writing, editing, and utilizing MailChimp.
- Update website content, particularly for events, seminars, calendar, and member news.
- Post content on the association's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with event registrations, venue research, and communication for events and seminars.
- Prepare for events, both physical and virtual, including site set-up, name badges, and coordination of necessary materials.
- Attend and assist at monthly member networking events.
- Contribute to workforce development research and activities.
- Manage daily office responsibilities, including answering phones and office supply management.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
