Position Summary :
The key function is to provide support for the company in the day-to-day functions of running a busy foundation. Duties include working with all departments, managing information management systems, assisting with financial and development tasks daily, and supporting the programs and communications department as needed.
Responsibilities of the Operations Associate :
- Provides general administrative support to leadership and the company, including serving as primary task management administrator within the project management tool, ClickUp.
- Supports the Finance department in preparing and monitoring travel expenses, check request expense reports, processing invoices, charitable registration, and audit preparation.
- Maintains office policies and procedures and departmental files in conjunction with directors and leadership.
- Maintains internal Google sites.
- Supports the Development department with administrative tasks related to the Direct Action campaign, the development software, and other needs that arise.
- Supports the Programs and Communications departments with administrative tasks as needed.
