Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Training Program Coordinator to join our team at ROCS Grad Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate instructor performance and provide constructive feedback to support the success of our training programs.
- Support colleagues with database management, ensuring accurate records and contributing to curriculum development in construction or safety-related fields.
- Cover classes as needed, analyze training processes for improvement opportunities, and oversee Registered Training Programs.
- Routinely visit off-site training locations to assess program compliance with facility and training requirements.
- Monitor curriculum progress, participate in professional development, assist with event preparation, and review online learning sessions for accuracy and enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Academy Manager to administer and oversee all Registered Training Programs, conducting audits of off-site locations as required by relevant programs.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a construction-related field.
- Direct hands-on or trainer-level experience in a standard construction trade (e.g., Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing) is advantageous.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard online conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts tactfully and effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with FlashPoint Construction Education Application.
- Experience teaching adult learners in a vocational curriculum.
Work Environment:
- In-office Monday - Thursday, with a remote day on Friday.
- Standard office hours are 8am-5pm, with occasional evening coverage from 5pm-8pm for training classes Monday-Thursday, depending on the schedule.
Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
