About the Role
The Membership Project Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for managing all operational aspects of membership applications and handling member and customer inquiries. With a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, this role ensures a smooth application and renewal process.
Responsibilities
- We oversee the processing of membership applications, ensuring timely completion and accurate approval.
- We work closely with section administrators to verify compliance requirements, ensuring seamless execution.
- We assist in managing the membership renewal process, including billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- We coordinate list requests and provide customer service related to data fulfillment and reporting.
- We support the Member & Customer Services Manager in assigning projects and providing operational feedback.
- We help manage workload distribution and priorities for team members, responding to emails and calls as needed.
- We train and support team members on membership services processes.
- We track accounts receivable related to membership dues and collaborate with the finance team on reports and reconciliation.
- We coordinate the verification and upload of membership data from external sources.
- We serve as the primary lead on Match programs, overseeing timelines, contracts, communications, and troubleshooting.
- We manage Match program registrations, including assigning ID numbers, generating reports, and ensuring timely applicant notifications.
- We assist with data integrity efforts related to Match programs and audits.
- We collaborate with various teams to facilitate scheduling, contracts, and communications related to Match programs.
- We ensure compliance with PCI security requirements for handling credit card and personal data.
- We work cross-functionally with other departments on projects and initiatives as assigned.
