Overview
The Senior Coordinator, Human Resources & Recruiting provides administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role involves onboarding, HR system management, recruitment coordination, and ensuring smooth communication within the HR function.
Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Manage new hire paperwork, onboarding schedules, and related activities.
- Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee records, ensuring accuracy through audits and reports.
- Monitor and respond to HR inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts.
Recruiting Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and present candidates to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, candidate placements, and employee retention.
General Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Respond to occasional after-hours emergencies and projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a business environment, preferably in the travel industry.
- Experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with a dedicated workspace.
- Must have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance and comply with company technology, safety, and health requirements.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work beyond 40 hours per week if needed.
Salary : $64,578 - $76,895
