Rodan Fields Beauty is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, DTC to join our Finance Team. This individual will be a responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis function for our DTC organization, utilizing data to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial results against budget and forecast, identifying trends and drivers of performance, and providing actionable insights to management. Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and interpret financial information to draw meaningful conclusions. 
  • Provide financial support, P&L management, and strategic support for DTC management teams and support the creation and delivery of the channel P&L end-to-end
  • Interpret, analyze, and review financial results and KPIs to provide recommendations, ensure accountability and drive performance, support key drivers of S&OP process and ensure alignment of revenue targets with trackable KPIs
  • Management and performance reporting - provide business updates on performance and outlining and defining actions
  • Support the continuous development of business reports and the reporting process to ensure they are reporting developing trends and relevant metrics in the businesses in accordance with the global framework
  • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate new business opportunities - providing financial analysis to support decision-making. 
  • Extract and analyze large datasets from various systems to generate insightful reports and presentations for senior leadership. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years in in supporting DTC functions
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; strong data analysis and interpretation skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Experience in using SAP, Adaptive Planning (or similar planning tool)
  • MicroStrategy / SQL experience a plus
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial information to stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments

 

Salary : $100,800 - $135,000
