Responsibilities:
The Construction Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates all construction activities on projects to ensure that the Owner’s goals and objectives are met within the established timeframe and budget
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project subcontractors, architects, engineers, governmental officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to review, understand, and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, budgets, contracts, submittals, RFI’s, and project document specifications.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Previous experience in construction project management
- Familiarity with Procore construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
