Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and a proven track record of leading teams and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include planning and supervising multiple engagements, preparing and reviewing taxes for clients, researching tax issues, and providing technical guidance.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Plan and supervise multiple engagements to meet client needs and deadlines
- Prepare and review taxes for clients with accuracy and attention to detail
- Research tax issues and provide accurate technical guidance to clients and staff
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and a valid CPA license
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on corporate taxation, individuals, and partnerships
- Excellent communication, management, and supervision skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- A cooperative, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Salary and Benefits
