The expected schedule for this RN role is working for 16 to 20 hours a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management and uses acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations.
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures, local and IV sedation, according to physician orders.
- Evaluate patient’s preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative status at intervals according to facility policies and procedures.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
- Perform office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer.
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

- 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Med-Surg, or Critical Care (preferred).
- Associates degree with experience or a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing required.
- Active Alabama RN License.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
- Must be detail oriented, punctual, and patient care focused.
- Motivated to grow and learn new things.
