Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. We work with silk flowers only, no fresh arranging. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a love for flowers, and the ability to create stunning arrangements that meet our customers' needs. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and customer service are paramount. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for crafting season, memorial/decoration, and home decor floral arrangements.
Duties
- Design and create floral arrangements for memorial/decoration, events, weddings, funerals and everyday occasions.
- Consult with customers to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on floral selections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems for processing customer transactions.
Skills
- Proficient in floral design techniques with a keen aesthetic sense.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
- Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
