Job Overview:
We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. In this position, you will:
- Complete plumbing remodel calls within your current area of expertise.
- Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell suitable products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Exceed minimum KPI goals.
- Succeed in follow-up calls.
- Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
Required Skills:
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber.
- Remodel/New Construction experience is required.
- Competent in using all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls.
- Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules and procedures.
- Hold at least one state license or certification.
- Engage in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
