Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is one of the fastest growing, multi-specialty dental groups in the country. The company’s team of 100 award-winning doctors provide a full range of general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and board-certified pediatric dental services in 30 Rodeo locations throughout the states of Texas and Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam and operatory rooms to be clean and ready to receive patient
- Setup trays and instruments for each patient
- Prepare, maintain, and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Clean rooms before and after each patient, and at the end of the day
- Clean the suctions and filter
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Take diagnostic quality X-rays if needed
Requirements:
- Must maintain an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License registered with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners (TSBDE)
- Active CPR and AED training
- Nitrous Monitoring Certification that is registered with TSBDE is required within the first 60 days of employment
- Sealant, Coronal Polishing, or PALS Certifications are all a huge plus!
- Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
