What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Partner position at Rodeo Dental?
JOB OVERVIEW : The Community Outreach Partner is a key member in promoting the Rodeo Mission and Core Values so that people understand Why We Exist and How We Do Business. Successful candidates will work inside and outside of our world-class lobbies engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients while also traveling to local venues to promote the Rodeo Dental Brand. This includes grassroots marketing efforts and meeting weekly goals to increase Rodeo Dental Brand awareness and identify new Patients.
SCHEDULE : This position requires a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as business requires - including evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- A Passion for People!
- Outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Willing to stand outside of retail shops and work independently, while being a part of a great team
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Assertive, self-motivated, and results orientated
- Able to work weekends when necessary
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, education, or other grassroots community outreach is a PLUS, but not necessary

Salary Range : $55,000-$64,000
