Come GROW with US!POSITION OVERVIEW : We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Rodeo Dental. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, developing, implementing, and analyzing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, attract new patients, and promote our services. This position is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and excited to contribute to the growth of a healthcare-focused organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Coordinate the creation and distribution of orders with our vendor partners for merchandise, toothbrushes, flyers, and promotional items- Assist in developing content for email marketing, newsletters, and social media - Partner with Creative Director & Director of Business Development to share local events on Facebook pages- Organize and schedule monthly lobby entertainment across our 47 offices in conjunction with local office leaders and regional operations leaders.- Assist with Google reviews tracking and reporting weekly / monthly / quarterly results- Assist with organizing marketing team communications and monthly Town Hall updates- Analyze Rodeo's and competitors' social media platforms to identify areas for improvement- Assist with proofreading marketing collateral and deliverables prior to printing- Collaborate with the marketing team on established and new office marketing plans, campaign rollout and communication.- Work closely with dentists, office staff, operations teams, and external vendors to support marketing initiativesQUALIFICATIONS : -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with Canva, content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools are helpful.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.- High attention to detail and a creative mindset.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.EEO Statement : Rodeo Dental is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
