Looking for someone to join our amazing team! Must be a self starter professional who has expertise working with In-Design. Potential employee must be able to : multi-task, great organizational skills, effective communication, knowledge of Microsoft office, be creative, outside the box thinker, great at problem solving and can submit projects before deadlines.
Here is a list of job duties (this list is not all inclusive) :
Draft mock-ups of brochures, flyers, postcards and other marketing material. Design logos and other branding when requested.
Collaborate with several real estate agents to create and modify designs as requested; accepting guidance when given, offering creative leadership when needed.
Work on multiple projects at once, meeting short deadlines in order to assure timely production.
Communicate effectively with agents, administrators and other designers through phone, email and in-person oral communication.
Accept work assignments with a positive attitude and independently manage workload with little supervision.
