This leadership position is the cornerstone of delivering a great guest experience by managing how we provide clean, comfortable rooms for our guests. Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervises, upholds, and trains the housekeeping team to meet the company and brand standards while following operating procedures and timing guidelines.
- Develops action plans to address quality and productivity needs to meet cleanliness goals effectively.
- Ensure rooms are clean and adequately stocked with supplies for a positive guest experience – including maintaining appropriate supply inventory levels.
- Ongoing communication with the general manager, maintenance person, and welcome team is needed to maximize room readiness and availability.
- Reviews goals and instructions and relays any observations of risk or safety and security concerns to the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of house keeping experience
- 1 or more years of supervising experience
