Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at a hotel in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and local area
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate the hotel phone system and respond to calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is maintained in the system
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required
- Experience in an office setting
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
