Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. Your primary duties will include performing night audit procedures, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate records. Duties: - Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing and reconciling daily financial transactions - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes during the overnight shift - Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards - Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls Qualifications: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures, is desirable - Familiarity with phone systems and other relevant technology - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
