Description:
Rodey, Dickason, Sloan, Akin & Robb, P.A.'s Albuquerque office is currently seeking attorneys to help in its Professional Liability Group, primarily to help with the defense of medical malpractice and legal malpractice cases. The candidate would participate in all aspects of case handling and would gain experience in taking depositions, preparing witnesses for depositions and defending depositions (including expert witnesses), brief and reporting writing, answering written discovery, and participating in direct contact with clients. The candidate would receive mentorship from Directors in the Professional Liability Group.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should have strong academic credentials and writing skills and be licensed in New Mexico.
