Responsibilities
We are currently searching for a collision center appraiser/ advisor Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Full Estimate and repair process (Must have MA State appraisal license)
- Answering phones, Keeping in contact with customers about repairs
- Source, order, and track parts
- Conduct quality checks
- Work with insurance companies
- Dispatching work
- Writing estimates
- Working on Repair orders and department paperwork
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of all makes and models, have at least 2 years of experience in a collision center as a licensed Auto Body Estimator/ Appraiser; be detail oriented and pay attention to OEM guidelines and quality of workmanship. One must be able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- MA State appraisers license (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous collision experience of five years preferred
- Experience with computers, estimating software and technologies preferred
