Duties Include:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Schedule service appointments
- Overseeing technicians/jobs
- Create/Manage Repair Orders
- Work with warranty administrator to complete warranty claims
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Cashiering
- Other various tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE FORD EXPERIENCE
- Ability to follow directions
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Reliable
