Estamos buscando asociados de ventas disponibles en la área de Monroe/ Charlotte que tengan experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en la venta al por mayor de comestibles/productos alimenticios. El objetivo es encontrar nuevos clientes para los diversos productos alimenticios y agrícolas que ofrecemos. El tranajo tomara lugar en nuestra bodega en Monore adonde tenemos oficina de ventas. Las responsabilidades son: Contestar llamadas y mensajes de clientes que gustan poner orden, buscar nuevos clientes, meter la orden en nuestro sistema de datos, y brindar excellente servicio al cliente!

  • Se brindará capacitación laboral
  • Se prefiere ser bilingüe en inglés y español.
  • Preferiblemente 2 años mínimo de experiencia en ventas.
  • Pago por hora con oportunidad de bonus.

*Summary of day to day operations:* Hello! We are looking for sales associates available in the Monroe/Charlotte area who have experience in sales, preferably in grocery/produce/food wholesale. The goal is to attend current clients and find new clients for the various food and produce products we offer. Job location takes place at our company headquarters in Monroe, NC. Job duties are: anwering client calls or messages, entering client orders into our online system for the order to be processed, give great customer service, etc.

  • Training will be provided.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Preferably 2 years minimum in sales experience.
  • Hourly pay with opportunities for bonuses.
  • Company is rapidly expanding and looking for motivated individuals to represent Rodriguez Produce Inc. established in 2006.

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer service, sales strategies, and account management. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and close sales deals - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials - Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale **Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field - Strong negotiation skills with a focus on business development - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management Join us as a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our sales team.
